Robert and Carol have been actively involved in the hog industry since 1982. The Finks have two children, Austin and Ashley, who grew up actively involved in the livestock and 4-H programs, where they exhibited home bred hogs at numerous fairs and state and national shows. They also have five grandsons who they hope follow in the family's footsteps!

Austin graduated from Kansas State in 2007 with a B.S. in animal science and industry.  He and his wife, Emilie, also a Kansas State alum, live in Wamego with their sons, Corbin, Canaan and Conrad.  Austin is currently a business unit manager at Florence in Manhattan. Emilie is the Chief Engagement Officer for HitchPin, an all-ag digital marketplace. Together they operate Fink Bros. Livestock - focusing on Hereford, Simmental and commercial cows and a small sow herd.

Ashley graduated from Blinn College in 2010. She and her husband Beau Skinner, a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M, live in Anderson, TX. They are real estate agents and co-owners of Brazos Land Company. Their sons, Taos and Ty, are very active in showing cattle and pigs in Texas.
